Since 1988, members of the Quock Law Firm have represented numerous corporate and individual clients on a variety of different matters. We have been involved in over a hundred living trusts and estate planning matters and continue to represent small to medium size business relating to all aspects of their business. Whether it relates to mergers and acquisitions, collecting a debt or corporate formation, we are knowledgeable in addressing all of our clients' needs.
At the Quock Law Firm, we have also had numerous successes in the courtroom as well as in mediation and arbitration. After a 7 ½ week jury trial, a six-figure verdict was obtained against a property owner and security guard company for inadequate security as a result of injuries sustained by their client during an attempted robbery. In other matters, we obtained a verdict for the Plaintiffs in a personal injury accident involving a semi-truck vs. auto, an action against a real estate broker/agent/investor accused of taking advantage of an elderly couple causing them to lose their entire retirement savings while he made thousands of dollars, and collecting a seven figure judgment relating to a serious injury in which a defunct off-shore insurance company was obligated to pay.
Other victories include the representation of a corporate client as a defendant in a breach of fiduciary duty/shareholder’s derivative action; a corporation and individual in a breach of contact action, a business owner as a Plaintiff in a tort liability property damage action and a Trustee as a Plaintiff in a fraud cause of action.
